The delivery time of shipments within the US are 2-5 business days. Orders outside of the US will be shipped within 7-10 business days.
Lois ships to north, mid and south America. Shipping is free.
Type the name, model, color or fit you are looking for in the search bar at the top right of our webshop. You can also search on category from our dropdown menus under ‘women’ or ‘men’.
Once the order is placed, you cannot make any further changes to it.

We do not send invoices, however the purchase receipt is valid and will be sent with your package.

At Lois you can pay with American Express, Mastercard, Maestro Visa, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay

The currency that you can pay in is automatically decided based on your location.
Returns

- Products and reason of return:

2. Ordered multiple sizes
3. Defect
4. Wrong item

No, items cannot be exchanged, if you wish to receive a different size please place a new order on our webshop. For more information about returns, please check our return policy.
Use the return form to indicate your item is faulty, and ship it back to our warehouse. You can contact us directly at loisjeanstore@loisjeans.com for a new item.
If your package does not contain a return form, please send an email with your name, order number and return request to loisjeanstore@loisjeans.com and you will receive a return form.
Once your return has been received and processed by our warehouse, it will take 2-5 business days to process the refund.
Delivery
All our shipments are sent with Fedex.
Once the order is confirmed, changes can no longer be made.
Yes, we deliver internationally. The delivery costs are calculated during the check-out based on your country and total order value.
Warranty and repairs
There is no warranty on Lois products, however if something is faulty please contact us directly at loisjeanstore@loisjeans.com
All items include washing instructions inside the label. We recommend washing denim as little as possible, and never using the dryer.
